How to Keep the Condo Fee Under Control

No-Cost Financial Analysis
Each year, right before the AGM (Annual General Meeting), every condo unit owner receives the audited annual financial statement. About six months later, all owners receive the budget for the following year. These key financial documents are publicly available and can be shared.
We invite you to email us copies of these documents at admin@condoart.ca. We will compare your condo's numbers with our extensive database to identify significant differences from the averages in the Greater Toronto Area. By sharing your corporation's financial documents, you will contribute to our database and help us provide better insights.
As a thank you, we will respond within two weeks with valuable insights. Share it with your community and the board of directors.
Solo Effort
Have you emailed copies of your corporation's financial statement and budget to info@condoart.ca? While you wait for our free recommendations, check out the posts on the CondoArt blog—they’ll help you understand your condo's finances and overall operations.
Consider becoming a board member, attending all meetings, and asking insightful questions. Use your knowledge and the authority of your position to drive meaningful changes. The advantage? It's free of charge. The challenge? It requires your time and a commitment to benefiting your community.

Get Assistance
If your condo fees rise yearly more than the inflation rate, if you received our free report with red highlights, or if you feel something is off with your condo corporation's management, the Board of Directors can seek professional help from an independent consultant. Each condo is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Email us at admin@condoart.ca with your situation, and we will find an individualized solution that works for you.
Please note that we do not recommend specific vendors or service providers to maintain our independence. Instead, we will answer your questions, provide valuable insights, and guide you on controlling condominium fees.
